ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಮತ್ತು ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ:
ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಮತ್ತು ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ (RDWSD) ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಶುದ್ಧ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಭಾರತ್ ಮಿಷನ್ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ (SBMG) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮತ್ತು ಜಲ ಜೀವನ್ ಮಿಷನ್ (JJM) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ (ಮನೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಗಂಗೆ ಎಂದೂ ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ) ಘಟಕಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಒಂದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಉದ್ದೇಶದೊಂದಿಗೆ, RDWSD ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು 4 ನೇ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 2014 ರಂದು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ರಾಜ್ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಮತ್ತು ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು:
- ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಭಾರತ್ ಮಿಷನ್ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ (SBMG) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ
- ಜಲ ಜೀವನ್ ಮಿಷನ್ (ಜೆಜೆಎಂ) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ - ಮನೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಗಂಗೆ
ಗುರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ದೇಶ:
ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಜನರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಬಡತನ ರೇಖೆಯನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಗುರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನೀತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್, ತಾಲೂಕು ಪಂಚಾಯತ್, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಛೇರಿಯಂತಹ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರು ಮತ್ತು ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಸಕಾಲಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯತಂತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ನೀತಿ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಜಲ ಜೀವನ್ ಮಿಷನ್ (ಜೆಜೆಎಂ)
ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಯ ಯೋಜನೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಲ್ ಜೀವನ್ ಮಿಷನ್ ಅನ್ನು 'ಮನೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಗಂಗೆ' ಯೋಜನೆಯಾಗಿ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದೆ, ಇದು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಿಯಾತ್ಮಕ ಮನೆಯ ಟ್ಯಾಪ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಗಳ (ಎಫ್ಹೆಚ್ಟಿಸಿ) ಮೂಲಕ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಶುದ್ಧ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು.
ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳು:
- ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನೆಗೆ ಕ್ರಿಯಾತ್ಮಕ ಟ್ಯಾಪ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು
- 55 LPCD ನೀರನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ನೀರಿನ ಸಮರ್ಥನೀಯ ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು
- ಶುದ್ಧ ನೀರನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಹೊಸ ಮತ್ತು ಸರಿಯಾದ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಬಳಕೆ
- ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ನೀರು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ
- IEC ಮತ್ತು HRD ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಂತಹ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ
- ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ
- ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ.
